This policy explains what information Frank's Web Studio ("I", "me") collects through frankswebstudio.com and how it is used.
What I collect
When you use the contact form or email me, I receive the details you choose to share: your name, phone number or email address, type of business, the package you're interested in, and your message.
Like most websites, the hosting provider may automatically log basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and performance.
How I use it

I don't sell, rent or trade your information, and I don't add you to marketing lists without asking.
Who else handles it
This site is hosted on Cloudflare. If a form service is used to deliver form messages, it processes your submission only to pass it to me. Live chat on this site is provided by tawk.to, which handles chat messages so I can reply. These providers handle data under their own privacy policies.
How long I keep it
I keep your messages only as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for as long as required for business and tax records.

You can ask me to see, correct or delete the information you've sent by emailing [email protected] or calling (773) 474-4780.
Children
This site is for business owners and isn't directed to children under 13.

If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
